If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive from kissykissy.com, we will be happy to issue a return or exchange, within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is still in its original packaging and has not been worn or washed. Kissy Kissy items purchased from our online boutique must be returned with their original tags and packaging. Items that are marked down are not eligible for refunds.
