Return & Exchange Policy

COVID-19: We ask for your understanding as you may experience some delays with your return/exchange.

Semi-Annual Sale Return/Exchange Policy

We understand that occasionally items don’t fit, or you may change your mind. We will happily exchange or offer store credit. Items that are marked down are not eligible for refunds.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more postmarked within 10 days of receipt!*

Orders of $100 or more:

We offer Free Return Shipping, if you postmark your return within 10 days of receiving your order. If items are returned after 10 days of receipt, there will be a $10 return shipping fee.

Orders under $100:

When using our shipping label a shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your credit.

How do I make a return?

  1. Please visit our Initiate Return/Exchange page or click here.
  2. Enter your order number and email and follow the prompts
  3. Print out the provided UPS label and tape to the outside of your return. Please make sure to cover or remove all previous shipping labels.
  4. Take package to your closest UPS store.
  • A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your credit.


If you are exchanging an item, it will be shipped to you via standard ground delivery. We will process the shipment within 48 hours of receiving your return. If you need expedited shipping, let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure you receive your item when you need it. If you would like to order additional items, we can provide you with Kissy Kissy Store Credit and you can proceed to purchase the additional products on

How long do I have to make a return or exchange?

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Can I return items purchased from another retailer?

If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, you must contact the retailer directly. Kissy Kissy cannot accept returns for items purchased through another retailer.

How do I return from Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?

We cannot provide a return label for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We ask that you please return order with the form included with your package and be sure to include order number in return shipping address. Returns
