FREE RETURN SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more postmarked within 10 days of receipt!*

How do I make a return?

To return your item(s), please use shipping label included with your order. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Orders of $100 or more:

We offer Free Return Shipping, if you postmark your return within 10 days of receiving your order. If items are returned after 10 days of receipt, there will be a $10 return shipping fee.

Orders under $100:

When using included shipping label a shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your credit. 

Semi-Annual Sale Return/Exchange Policy

We understand that occasionally items don’t fit, or you may change your mind. We will happily exchange or offer store credit. Items that are marked down are not eligible for refunds.

You may also return your order via a traceable shipping carrier of your choice to the following address: Returns

*We cannot provide a return label for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We ask that you please return order with the form included with your package and be sure to include order number in return shipping address. is not responsible for missing, damaged or lost packages in transit, we recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.    

How do I receive store credit or make an exchange?

If you choose to be refunded in store credit, you will receive an additional $10 in credit to cover your return shipping. 

Exchanges are fast and easy. We will create a new order for the exchange item you would like to receive. Once the order is created, you are asked to provide a method of payment, you will be charged at that time. When we receive your return, you will be refunded for your original item(s).

How long do I have to make a return or exchange?

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Can I return items purchased from another retailer?

If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, you must contact the retailer directly. Kissy Kissy cannot accept returns for items purchased through another retailer.
