Standard Ground Shipping: Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days of shipping.

Cost: $10 or free on orders over $150 within US States.

Expedited Shipping: Orders usually ship within 1 business day and arrive within 2-3 business days of shipping.

Cost: $20 or free on orders over $250.

Express Shipping (Temporarily Unavailable): Orders usually ship with in 1 business day and arrive within 1-2 business days of shipping. 

Cost: $30

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be calculated at check-out.

Typically orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. When choosing a shipping method, please account for these days. During sales/times of high volume, please allow for longer processing times. 

Shipping Delays: please note it may take 7-14 business days to receive your order.

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Once your package is picked up by UPS from our shipping facility in California, we are not liable for any delayed experienced in-transit. You will receive a confirmation email including your UPS tracking number. Updated tracking information will be available the day after your order is shipped out.

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Fontana, CA 92335.

Please use the international checkout option. Shipping rates will differ along with shipping times. You will be able to see available rates and times at checkout. Transit time is approximately 7-10 business days.

2. Enter your order number and email and follow the prompts
3. Print out the provided UPS label and tape to the outside of your return. Please make sure to cover or remove all previous shipping labels.
4. Take package to your closest UPS store.

You may also return your order via a traceable shipping carrier of your choice.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund or store credit has been issued.

If you are exchanging an item, it will be shipped to you via standard ground delivery. We will process the shipment within 48 hours of receiving your return. If you need expedited shipping, let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure you receive your item when you need it. If you would like to order additional items, we can provide you with Kissy Kissy Store Credit and you can proceed to purchase the additional products on kissykissy.com.

4. If you would like to exchange, please provide us with the style name/size, shipping address and preferred shipping method (free ground, 2-Day or Next Day- for an additional fee)
5. If there is a balance, we will send you an invoice via email and you can complete your exchange at your convenience. 
6. Once your order is placed you will receive all confirmation emails directly and don't worry... we will not contact the gift-giver unless you would like us to!

If you are receiving store credit, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your store credit has been issued.

We cannot provide a return label for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We ask that you please return order with the form included with your package and be sure to include order number in return shipping address.
