When will my order ship?
- Orders with standard shipping take 2 to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. When choosing a shipping method, please account for these days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
- Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Standard ground shipping orders arrive in 3-7 business days once the order has shipped; you will be emailed a tracking number. Orders shipped outside the continental United States will take 7-10 business days.
- We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Once your package is picked up by FedEx from our shipping facility in California, we are not liable for any delays experienced in-transit.
How do I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your FedEx tracking number. Updated tracking information will be available the day after your order is shipped out.
What are the shipping charges for returns?
- We offer a Free Return Shipping label within 10 days of receiving your order. If items are returned after 10 days of receipt, there will be a $10 return shipping fee. You may also return your order via a traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We cannot provide a return label for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
